Minutes of the CIF Floor Meeting Thursday October 23, 2008 The nomination period for board positions is now open. For someone to be nominated, the nomination must be seconded, the person must agree and an email to board with that information needs to be sent. Nominations thus far: Chair: Dan, Linda Tech Director: Bryan, Issac Sec-Tres: Jay Comm-Rel: Ashley, Sara Membership: Craig Nomination period is 2 weeks. There is a Halloween event being run by Sigma Beta Rho on October 31: If you would like to participate by giving candy to children talk to Gabe. Current volunteers are: Stacey, Jay, Bryan, Robbie, Dennis, Sara, Kaleigh We are having a Halloween party on Nov 1st. If you have suggestions of activities/want to help talk to Sara.
