Minutes of the CIF Board Meeting
Sunday September 21, 2008 12pm
CIF mailing lists are almost done, we have 2 lists, floor@ and members@.
floor@ will send to people who live on floor.
members@ will send to all members on and off floor.
Lab: The re-cabling of the lab is complete.
Game Night: Friday 8pm, there will be food. Up to $75 has been authorized for the purchase of pizza and other food stuff.

Minutes of the 1st CIF Board Meeting of the fall semester
Thursday September 4, 2008 8pm
Board meetings will be on Wednesdays at 4pm.
Dues will be $20 for all members and due to Gabe by Friday October 3rd. Questions concerning dues
can be directed to Gabe.
First floor meeting will be on Thursday September 11th at 10pm. Questions about the floor meeting time
can be sent to board.

Minutes of the 8th CIF Floor Meeting
Thursday May 1, 2008 10pm
G: Movie Night tomorrow 9pm - Spaceballs
G: CIFnic
* food- 3pm
* setup- 1pm
Ch: Personal items cannot be stored in the lab anymore
* This includes "cif property" - furniture that has been passed down over the years
* Store To Door is an option
RA: 24 hour quiet hours have started
* there are flyers about checking out posted and in each suite
* you need to get the check out forms
T: May 9th will be a cage clean out day for those who want to help
* if you have a server that you would like stored for the summer talk to Bryan
* if you have stuff in the cage that you do not want thrown out talk to Bryan

Minutes of the 15th CIF Board Meeting of the spring semester
Wednesday April 30, 2008 6:32pm
G: CIFnic
*ordered food for 40 people
*food will be picked up at 2:30
*people are baking stuff for desert
*cars will be needed to move stuff/people to GVP
T: Emails detailing some end of year technology procedures will be sent soon
*account setup
*mailing list stuff
T: Working on putting together classes and some speakers for next semester
* Tones and Dan know about needing to move their equipment out of the cage
M: Mailing lists are being worked on, alumni are being added and removed
G: Probation Hearing for Robbie and Sara
*The number results of both votes are to be sealed for 4 years from today.
*Sara is not on probation
*Robbie is on probation with the following conditions
*He must operate within the bounds of the constitution
*Targeting of anyone will not be allowed
*There will be a review meeting at the 2nd to last board meeting in October
