Two fun events coming up on Saturday, October 30th!

Our System Builder's Class, led by John, is happening at 7pm in the CIF Lab.  If you've ever wanted to know how to build your own desktop computer, then you should definitely attend!  No prior experience is required.  John will be discussing choosing/buying parts and reassembling one of our former lab computers as a demo.  Parts lists will be made available for the $400, $1,000, and $2,000 price points!

Next, our CIF Halloween Party is starting at 8pm here on Anderson 3.  This will be similar to other game nights, but please come in costume for this spooky event!  Free pizza, beverages, snacks and candy will be provided as well as tons of the regular games like Munchkin, Super Smash Bros Brawl, Settlers of Catan and more!  Like other games nights, this goes from 8-to-late, so please come by and hang out as long as you want!  Can't wait to see everyone's costumes!!

Come hang out with the awesome people at the Computer Interest Floor on Saturday,October 2nd! We have video games, card games, board games, movies, and pizza (if you come early enough!).

The CIF Lab is now fully operational. The cardreader and printing are now up and running.

Special thanks go out to all of the tech staff who helped out, especially Isaac, without whose electrical skills and code-fu we would not be up and running this early.

First, allow me to welcome our newest members: Shea Parrotta and Dana Belles! They are lovely people and you should all get to know them better.

Next, we have a bunch of awesome events coming up. We're planning another game night the first weekend of October, CIFnic during Meliora weekend, and a Halloween party on October 30. October should be a pleasantly busy month with plenty of opportunities for you all to show your pleasant faces on floor.
